The La Luna security pack is used to transfer your existing locks from your frame onto the pet door insert so you can lock your door securely.
Also included are 2 security plates that anchor your pet door panel to the sliding door track in 2 additional places, increasing security.
The security pack comes colour-coded to the pet door and is limited to 1 per pet door. If you need additional security packs you can purchase them here.

The door fits well and has stopped the cold air getting in. Our two cats have taken a little while to work out the magnetised flap but they are both orange so this was expected. They have now sorted themselves out and are using it regularly.

It is essential for the installation so it is great that it is included and not an extra you have to pay for.
Easy to fit the glass insert, purchased the screen door adapter however doesn’t work with our door as it is a three door alder and the screen door is in the last of three channels. Other than that it is great, being able to use the door like normal is a game changer.

We should have installed a pet door years ago! Our dog was not coping well after the loss of her brother a few years back and would cry (very loudly) if she was placed outside during the day when no one was home. This was not only upsetting for us but also the neighbors as well. We have glass screen doors and I knew these types of screens existed from places like Bunnings but I also knew they were not very good for security wise. After another complaint from our neighbor I knew I needed to investigate a better, secure solution. And I found you guys. Thank goodness! It did take about 2 hours to install and the online videos helped a lot! It took us longer just cause we wanted to add more brackets for security. Our dog has taken to it like a duck to water and this has helped her anxiety ten fold! And no more neighbor complaints! Thank you very happy customer
This was a terrific purchase. The door fitted into my double glazed sliding doors and the video to fit it into the fixed door was very helpful. Great customer service all queries quickly answered. We installed the Dog door yesterday and are very happy with the outcome with one exception. We had a problem screwing the security plate to the Dog door. One of the screws hit something and it’s sticking out a little bit. It may have hit part of the mechanism used to fold the door on delivery. We have been unable to remove the screw or force it in completely. It is more an aesthetic thing, but there was no warning in your instructions that this may occur.
Hasn’t been installed yet yet as I’m moving in to new home first week May will send photos then
