Great service. Easy to fit and the dogs love it
My old door (different brand) broke so I was extremely happy with how fast it came. Very quick and simple installation and no problems at all. It’s been in for about 3 weeks. Love it.

I had a minor issue with my first doggy door I purchased from La Luna and the team were incredibly helpful and sent me a new one within hours. Couldnt recomment the product or the brand more!

Had 2 of these doors installed now. Very happy with the product, the service and delivery. They are the most slimline on the market and blend in nicely with the door. Cats and Dogs have no trouble using the door.

Very happy. Needed a replacement in a fixed glass door that would allow both the adjacent, outside glass sliding door to open, as well as the indoor security screen to open without either catching on the catflap. This was the slimmest fitting one I could find and it fits and works perfectly. Also love the clear look, very unobtrusive.
Great cat/dog door. Needs a little adjusting as our sliding door is slightly hitting the screws. Once that is fixed, it’ll be perfect.
Nice and slimline to fit my ranch slider door. Very pleased with the end result.

I bought it so that it would match my existing dog flap - one ion each side
Absolutely wonderful. I am a repeat customer ...we moved recently and realised that we needed two pet doors. I went straight to LUNA. Great commmunication, professional Installation and the dogs used the pet doors immediately. They are very well designed and very quiet. The installer was absolutely professional and did an amazing job. We needed one for the garage/courtyard and one for upstairs balcony. Really pleased, looks great. Only issue is that the hardware is not 316 stainless so it rusts out every 2-3 years or so (we’re right near the beach). We have bought it again because it looks so good and is really nicely slimline. I’m tempted to just order third party stainless hardware online and modify it because it’s a uniquely good design in every other way!
It's a great pet door although it could be improved to stop dirt and grime getting in between the plastic which makes it look grubby over time. Also the metal parts rust over a few months, could a different material be used here?
Love this door, works well with my sliding doors - don’t think there’s any other pet door slim enough to work. My only complaint is that the metal screws have rusted after 6 months Otherwise, a great pet door.
Difficult to install in double glazed door. No refund when only 5 days past official 14 day period.

Broke within 2 months of use. Read the terrible customer service reviews and didn't even bother to try to get it replaced. Just bought a better one from a different supplier.
Be very careful buying the glass door insert we bought it not knowing until there contractor looked tonlnow if it might fit and he still said he want know until install. The fella how installed our had to grind down the locks part to get it to fit u could be wasting your money NEVER GO GLASS PET DOOR and the glass cut out has to be a certain amount in so your other door might need to left closed more then open
