The adjustable top gives a height range of 199cm up to 211cm to fit nearly all sliding doors. For extra tall frames you can add extension pieces to the panel to increase the height. The unique Support Bar System concealed within the frame enables extensions to be added on to the Support Bars to ensure security is not compromised.
Integrate your existing locks with the pet door insert to ensure a high security installation. Alternatively, bypass your locks and use a barlock or patio bolt. Our Temporary pet doors can be used in many sliding doors with different lock types.
Lock out unwanted intruders and contain your pet with the solid steel locking plate. Our innovative "Pop N Lock" design enables the plate to slide through the integrated aluminium runners and lock in place securely.
Use the screen door accessory to enable both the sliding door and screen door to lock with the Pet door insert. This provides the highest security and best integration with your sliding door.

Ensure you purchase the security pack for this option.
Step 1 - Use the security plates from the security pack to fix your Patio Pet Door Panel into your sliding door track.
Step 2 - Use the transfer plate from the security pack to move your female latch from your frame and onto the Patio Pet Door Panel.
Your sliding door will then lock with the Patio Pet Door as it usually would lock.

Ensure you purchase the barlock for this option.
Step 1 - Insert the Patio Pet Door Panel into the sliding door track.
Step 2 - Peel off the adhesive backing paper on the barlock and stick the barlock onto the sliding door frame behind the back of the sliding door (at the same height of your lock).
Step 3 - Peel off the adhesive backing paper on the barlock receiver and stick the receiver onto the back of the sliding door at the same height as the barlock.
Adjust the barlock to length and then you will be able to lock your sliding door by latching the barlock into place. This way you do not have to us any screws in your sliding door track, but still have the ability to lock your door securely.

Ensure you purchase the adapter for this option.
Step 1 - Cut the adapter to the correct height and install it onto the side of the Patio Pet Door Panel.
Step 2 - Transfer your locks from your sliding door and screen door onto the adapter.
The adapter creates a channel for both the sliding door and screen door, once your locks are transfered over your will have full use and security of your sliding & screen doors

We recommend you purchase the security pack for this installation. (you wont need the transfer plate, but you will need the secruity plates).
Step 1 - Release your fixed glass panel next to your sliding door. (80% of sliding doors can be released and moved).
Step 2 - Install the Patio Pet Door Panel into the track to the side of the fixed panel and then screw the fixed panel back in place.
This is one of the best installation types as you do not need to move locks, however, you still have full use of your sliding door, screen door and your locks. You essentially install the Patio Pet Door next to your fixed panel of glass and not on the side where your locks sit.

Yes, you can still lock your sliding door with your existing locks. Just use the included security pack to transfer your latch.
Yes, the patio pet door inserts work with doors up to 2.7m tall.
Just get extension pieces to increase the height. Each extension adds 12cm and the pet door is still adjustable.
Yes, the patio pet doors work with double sliders. You just need to get a sliding door wheel carriage so the pet door can slide with your door.
The best installation for this set up is the "Fixed panel installation" this way, you can still use your screen and sliding door as usual without transferring locks.
