We bought the original door system about 14 years ago but probably should have replaced the flap anywhere from about year 12 onwards. The replacement fits perfectly and was easy to install. Ironically as it's so clear (again) that it freaked our 15 year old dog out a little bit ! All ok now.

Very happy. It fits perfectly. It was easy to order the right one. Just 1 thing with the installation video when he shows you the right way to put the insert in at the end, you only get a second to focus on it.

Great customer service and very happy with product. Love the clear flap. The brand I have doesn’t have a clear flap and my new dog was too scared to go though. Replaced flap with LaLuna clear flap ( had to cut it to size) and it works great.

Flap is fine - however I order white and received grey... Lucky it does not have any impact on the working of the flap...

Love your dog patio doors - we have two and have told so many of our friends how good they are. I really could have used the self tapping screws to fix it on as our puppy took the old flap off and we no longer have the screws, hard to find in Bunnings!

The replacement cat flap is working now, but I found it extremely difficult to install.
Great idea and is a good door, as long as you don't have active or anxious dogs. There should be another option that isn't so easy to pull off the screws
It is the wrong flap, screw holes do not line up, must need the mohair one even though the old ones don't. The side gaps let in drafts and insects.
The purchase did not measure as advertised so I returned it but apparently it never arrived. I have not yet received the refund i am owed.
