I love my pet door. After my seal was damaged, I ordered a new one. It was so easy to replace.
Incredible service, so happy with the products we purchased.
Always excellent service. Best pet doors on the market.

Excellent products
The replacement weather seal is just what we needed after a few years. Makes the door just like new
The replacement strips are great and needed as we moved house - unfortunately for us they are made for the standard sized door and we have extender panels on our frame, so the strips didn’t quite make it the entire frame - left with a little gap!
Our Border Collie Billy loves his new doggie door. Fast delivery, easy to read instructions and was easy to install. Great quality product, highly recommend. 👌
The dog door is an excellent product and the customer service is first class.
Very happy with my purchase. My border collie Bonnie loved it too!
Works as it should. I do like the fact the wide draught strip is a little more flexible than the previous one’s supplied. The ‘D’ seal could be 1-2mm higher though.
Doesn’t seal completely, wind noise and breeze coming through
Advice was wrong when order ended up with something I need, to send back wasn't worth the package and handling, so kept it but a waste of money
