Very good
Patio pet door looks great. Pets a little unsure at first but starting to get used to going through it now. It did take some time installing the lock part as had to buy another lock for my door as it would not align up but overall great. Would recommend.

Wheel looks great, slips into place nicely, looks like it would work wonderfully, however the attachment we have to bolt the insert to our patio door is the wrong size, therefore a single wheel made the insert unstable, so we just slide ot remove the insert if we need it further out of the way
Quality is low and price excessive for what get it won’t last long Also should be a kit form as you need 2 for a large door it does not tell you that and again $33 should be for a pair Not happy with this product and price
Our La Luna pet door, with wheel for our centre opening doors, functions very well. It is a high quality unit that’s easy for the dogs to use, that still gives us all the usuals access. We chose to have La Luna do the installation & their man, Luke, did a great job. He was friendly & thorough & even wanted to vacuum the work area before leaving. Despite some communication issues with the company earlier on, I’m very happy to recommend La Luna.
Need instctions on how to install, somewhere, even on you tube. Help screen was not helpful, they didn't get back to me

Wheel actually needs to fit into the cavity so it can be used as intended.
The wheel broke putting into the door even following your instructional video. Very low quality material in the wheel itself so suspect it wouldn’t even support a fly screen let alone a glass panel over time. No readily replaceable options appear to be available at any hardware stores either
The wheel didn’t fit into the slot for the door. Emailed looking for help and got conflicting information from what is on the support website. No more contact from help desk. Poor customer service and quality of product
Wheels don't fit in the door frame properly. Door frame installation requires purchase of lots of extra items. Overall the frame is average.
