Super easy to replace. We only replaced for aesthetic reasons as it was starting to yellow (after 6 years of slobber!) otherwise the original flap still had plenty of life left in it!

This Flap is a clear flexible Polycarbonate material with anti freeze technology. The magnetic strip at the bottom of the flap is only available in Silver.

Looks as good as the original. Package arrived safely and about 3 days earlier than I anticipated. I think this is my 3rd replacement over Maybe 10yrs due to discolouration over time, that was accelerated when they were periodically stored in the garage so don’t store in darkness. Still a good product.
I didn’t realise how dirty the old one was. It looks so good having the replacement part in. Plus it was easy for me to replace, just using a screwdriver

The best branded pet door around. Took a bit to pull the old one out but it was in there for over 3 years. Reinstalling and aligning the new flap was easy. The only negative (which is actually a positive) the flap is so clear that I had to retrain my dog to go through it after he was scarred from trying to run through the glass door as a 10 week old puppy. He loves it now and there’s no more collisions between the 2 dogs trying to go in and out at the same time because they couldn’t see each other.
Arrived so quickly and was easy to replace. We should have done it sooner!

This was the first flap change since I purchased the door almost 4 years ago, removal was tricky as the plastic was really stuck in there but with a bit of massaging it finally released. The new flap is so clear my dogs were scared to go through it as they thought it was glass, we had to retrain and coach them in and out of the door again. Great product quality and pricing.

I should have changed it over years ago! This was 6 years. Easy to install the new one and now it closes properly, the other one was letting a draft in. I won’t leave it as long next time to replace.
Watched the video, was an easy swap with the two of us. We replaced the flap as it was fairly opaque after 4 years and no, we haven't attempted to clean it yet (on the list of things to do and it doesn't hurt to have a spare). It had stopped magentising at some point which we didn't realise until we installed the new one. Our large whippet belts through that door at speed more than several times a day though. Overall very happy with the product and service and wouldn't hesitate to order again.

This door has honestly been a life saver , our little dog has learnt to use the doggy door and just takes herself out side whenever she needs to ,where as before I was up and down like a yo yo every time she scratched at the door to go out side, now I have my time back and Matilda runs her own schedule on when she goes out to potty.
