I was very happy with my experience. Bought my door in 2017 and was unsure if this was the right company. It definitely was and they were very helpful, letting me know which version of the flap was correct for my door. It's everything I expected.

Product arrived promptly and was easy to install. I am happy with it. Thanks
Fitted perfectly, Thank you.
Easy to order and speedy delivery :)
Very happy with the product. The video was very helpful with instructions for how to replace the old flap with the new flap.
Not as easy to fit as the video showed but fits all good
great product, thank you
Great service Great product Easy to install
Easy to install. Looks great.
The replacement flap for the door makes it look brand new again. A bit daunting fitting it myself (as a senior citizen with limited ‘handy person’ skills) but the instruction video was clear and very helpful.
This is the second time I've used this company and both experiences were very good. Great communication and competitive pricing. Delivery also good. Highly recommend
Good quality. Easy to install
Just as it looks on the website. Thank you.
Super easy to replace. We only replaced for aesthetic reasons as it was starting to yellow (after 6 years of slobber!) otherwise the original flap still had plenty of life left in it!
Looks as good as the original. Package arrived safely and about 3 days earlier than I anticipated. I think this is my 3rd replacement over Maybe 10yrs due to discolouration over time, that was accelerated when they were periodically stored in the garage so don’t store in darkness. Still a good product.
I didn’t realise how dirty the old one was. It looks so good having the replacement part in. Plus it was easy for me to replace, just using a screwdriver
Simple, thank you. Spot on with part and very prompt delivery service.
Thanks for advice. It fits perfectly
Love our La Luna Dog Door and products. My delivery came quickly and the product is great quality. Would recommend to anyone.
Great service and love that I can refresh with replacement pieces - I purchased a new flap for my door and was so easy to install
Best door for my little chihuahua
Such a good refresh for the pet door, looks good as new now. The animals love it!
Fast delivery , great product. Pets had to learn how to reuse it as it was so clean and transparent. : ) Wish I thought about it sooner .
Delivery was very quick, easy to install. Highly recommend this product.
The best branded pet door around. Took a bit to pull the old one out but it was in there for over 3 years. Reinstalling and aligning the new flap was easy. The only negative (which is actually a positive) the flap is so clear that I had to retrain my dog to go through it after he was scarred from trying to run through the glass door as a 10 week old puppy. He loves it now and there’s no more collisions between the 2 dogs trying to go in and out at the same time because they couldn’t see each other.
Arrived so quickly and was easy to replace. We should have done it sooner!
Great work, easy to install and quick delivery.
Replaced old flap after 5 years; sun damage had gradually degraded the plastic. New one easy to install and looks great again!
Great and easy to fit product
A
Works well thanks
All worked well even though we had to adjust the size from the original door.
Easily installed and looks good as new
This was the first flap change since I purchased the door almost 4 years ago, removal was tricky as the plastic was really stuck in there but with a bit of massaging it finally released. The new flap is so clear my dogs were scared to go through it as they thought it was glass, we had to retrain and coach them in and out of the door again. Great product quality and pricing.
Worked great
Item was as described, good quality, delivery was quick and I would definitely purchase item and use la luna again.
Old flap was very manky so glad to find you sell replacement ones. Wasn't too challenging to exchange for the new one.
Product is always excellent quality and the instructional video that accompanies the order is always clear and easy to follow.
I should have changed it over years ago! This was 6 years. Easy to install the new one and now it closes properly, the other one was letting a draft in. I won’t leave it as long next time to replace.
Watched the video, was an easy swap with the two of us. We replaced the flap as it was fairly opaque after 4 years and no, we haven't attempted to clean it yet (on the list of things to do and it doesn't hurt to have a spare). It had stopped magentising at some point which we didn't realise until we installed the new one. Our large whippet belts through that door at speed more than several times a day though. Overall very happy with the product and service and wouldn't hesitate to order again.
